We recently had the pleasure of working with talented German born Head Designer Laura Knoell of STIL Designs. When translated to English, the German word ‘STIL’ becomes STYLE, a beautiful connection between her German heritage and her Australian home. This particular project, called ‘The Amalfi’ took us a little further afield to Shellharbour, where Laura’s design brief was a fusion of coastal and modern elements that mimic the beautiful beaches of Australia and the coastlines of Italy. The calming neutral palette and pops of warm timber tones throughout, created a luxuriously modern aesthetic while maintaining an understated elegance. The result – a stunning coastal haven.
