Last year, we had the privilege of collaborating with the incomparable Steve Cordony on a truly special project – the staging and styling of a beautiful newly built home in Sydney’s northern suburbs. This wasn’t just any project – the home was built by Steve’s father and brother, the talented team behind Cordony Constructions, making it a deeply personal undertaking for him.
Styled in just one day, the transformation was nothing short of remarkable. As Steve shared, “It was a fun project getting to work with my friends at Huntley + Co to fit out and style a special home built by my Dad and brother. Nothing like setting up home in one day! The Huntley team are efficient – exactly what you want when staging a home.”
The finished home, which featured in House & Garden magazine, was a celebration of modern Hamptons design, think light-filled spaces, elegant textures, and a timeless, cohesive palette. Steve’s distinctive styling elevated every room, creating a warm and inviting space with undeniable market appeal.
From statement armchairs to sculptural side tables and soft boucle textures, we were thrilled to see how Steve selected and styled pieces from the Huntley + Co range to bring his vision to life.
