Recently, we had the pleasure of joining the Styleness team onsite in Collaroy to capture a few behind-the-scenes moments and experience their beautiful work firsthand. Set against the backdrop of Sydney’s Northern Beaches, this newly completed residence is the epitome of contemporary family living, where thoughtful design and refined styling come together effortlessly.
Known as ALORA, the home is anchored by fluid forms, natural textures and a seamless connection to its surroundings. From the moment you step inside, soaring ceilings and abundant natural light create a sense of openness, while a carefully curated material palette of stone, timber and bespoke joinery brings warmth and depth throughout the interiors.
The Styleness team approached the styling with their signature restraint and sophistication, selecting furniture and décor that complemented the home’s architectural features rather than competing with them. There was a consistent palette of warm, rich browns throughout and soft curves, layered textures and tonal furnishings helped enhance the flow of each space, creating an inviting atmosphere that feels both luxurious and liveable.
One of the standout elements of the home is the way it embraces natural light. Thoughtfully positioned windows and open-plan living spaces allow sunlight to move effortlessly throughout the interiors, highlighting the rich materiality of the finishes and creating a calming sense of connection to the outdoors. We absolutely loved seeing the Pascal outdoor range feature so prominently outside.
It was a pleasure spending time onsite with the Styleness team and capturing the many thoughtful details that make this Collaroy home so special.
